Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Bwok Private Limited, trading as BWOK IT & Digital Skill Institute, with a campus at Muslim State Building, near Fresco Sweet, Service Road, Amazon Mall, Main GT Road, Islamabad, Pakistan. By enrolling on a course you agree to the terms below.
What we provide
- Our courses are taught live by an instructor, either online or onsite at our Islamabad campus. They are not pre-recorded video libraries.
- Course lengths, fees and modes are listed on each course page. Where a fee is shown as an online fee, the onsite fee may differ; we will tell you the exact amount before you pay.
- Course content is reviewed and updated as the platforms we teach change. The order and depth of modules may be adjusted to keep the material current.
Enrolment and seats
- Submitting the enrolment form is a request for a seat, not a confirmed booking. A seat is confirmed once our team has spoken to you and payment has been received.
- Seats in a batch are limited by class size. If a batch fills before your payment is received, we will offer you the next one.
- You are responsible for giving us a working phone number and email. We confirm schedules and send joining details to what you provide.
What we ask of you
- For live online classes you will need your own device and a working internet connection. We cannot provide either.
- Course material, recordings and files shared during the class are for your own learning. Please do not resell, republish or share them outside the class.
- We may ask a student to leave the course, without a refund, for behaviour that disrupts a class or for sharing paid material.
What we do not promise
- We teach you how to build and run a shop. We do not promise sales, income, a job, or approval from any marketplace.
- Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, eBay and every other platform we teach are independent companies. They set their own rules and can change or refuse an account at any time. We are not affiliated with them, and we cannot control their decisions.
- Any figures shown in class are examples used for teaching. They are not a forecast of what you will earn.
Class schedule
- Class timings are confirmed before a batch begins. If a class has to be moved, we will tell you as early as we can and run a replacement session.
- If you miss a class, tell us. We will help you catch up where we reasonably can, but we cannot re-teach a full session privately.
Fees and payment
- Fees are quoted in Pakistani Rupees. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
- Online payments are handled by a licensed payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
- Where an instalment is agreed, the schedule is confirmed with you in writing before the batch begins.
Refunds and cancellation

Course material
Course material, slides, templates and recordings remain the property of the institute. You may use them for your own learning for as long as you like. You may not sell them, republish them, or use them to teach a course of your own.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Islamabad.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update this page and change the date at the top. The terms that apply to you are the ones published on the day you enrolled.
