Who it is for

Who this service is for

This is for stores that already exist and already sell. If you have not launched yet, a retainer is the wrong spend — set the shop up first.

  • Sellers losing two or three hours every day to listings and buyer messages
  • Store owners with a full-time job who cannot cover platform response windows
  • Sellers whose advertising has been running for months with nobody watching it
  • Businesses that want consistent daily output without hiring and training in-house
  • Sellers who travel, or whose time zone does not match their buyers

What is included

What the retainer covers

This is the daily list. The exact in-scope sheet is agreed in writing before the first month starts, so nobody argues about it in month three.

Listing optimisation

Titles, bullets, images and backend keywords improved on existing listings, and new products added as you launch them. Product listing optimisation is measured against what the listing did before, so you can see whether a change actually helped rather than taking our word for it.

PPC management

Campaigns built, negatives added and bids adjusted inside a monthly budget you set. Amazon PPC management is reported as spend against sales attributed, not as a screenshot of impressions. If a campaign is not paying for itself, we say so and recommend cutting it.

Order processing

Daily orders monitored, delivery exceptions chased, and anything stuck in fulfilment escalated before the buyer notices. For merchant-fulfilled orders we keep dispatch inside the platform window, because late dispatch is what quietly damages an account.

Customer messages

Buyer messages answered inside platform response windows, in the tone you agree at the start. Anything unusual — a complaint that could escalate, a refund outside policy — comes to you before a reply goes out.

Returns & refunds

Returns processed to policy, and cases that were wrongly charged to you challenged rather than absorbed. Reimbursement claims for stock lost or damaged in the platform warehouse are filed as part of the retainer, not billed as an extra.

Inventory monitoring

Stock levels tracked against sell-through and supplier lead times, with reorder points flagged in advance. You get the warning while there is still time to act, not a notice that you went out of stock last week.

Review monitoring

Feedback and reviews watched daily. Anything that breaches platform policy is reported for removal, and negative reviews are responded to within the rules. We do not solicit, incentivise or manipulate reviews, ever.

Monthly written report

One document: units, revenue, fees, ad spend, what was done, what did not work, and what we recommend next month. Written in plain language. If the month went badly, the report opens by saying the month went badly.

Retainer scope

What is in, and what is not.

Most disputes over a retainer come from something never being written down. So here it is written down, before you pay for anything.

Included in the monthly fee

  • The eight areas of daily work listed above
  • One assigned person as your point of contact
  • Weekly check-ins for the first month, then monthly
  • The written monthly report
  • Reimbursement claims for stock lost or damaged by the platform
  • Up to a reasonable number of new listings each month, agreed at the start

Not included — quoted separately

  • Advertising spend itself, which you pay directly to the platform
  • Inventory, shipping and platform fees
  • Product photography shoots and video production
  • Graphic design for A+ content or a storefront rebuild
  • Appeals and reinstatement work if the account is deactivated
  • A full listing rebuild across a large catalogue

Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before it is done. It never appears on your bill without you having said yes first.

How it works

How the retainer starts

Four steps to hand the daily work over without anything falling through the gap.

  1. Consultation

We review the store together and agree, in writing, what is in scope and what stays with you.

  2. Documents

Access set up at the right permission level. We never ask for your master password.

  3. Execution

Your assigned person takes over the daily work, with weekly check-ins through the first month.

  4. Handover

Monthly reports continue. End the retainer and everything is documented and handed back.

Before we start

What we need from you

Mostly access, plus a few decisions made up front rather than argued about later.

  • A store that is already live and taking orders
  • User access at a permission level that covers the agreed scope
  • A monthly advertising budget, if PPC is in scope
  • Price floor and ceiling for each product we are allowed to adjust
  • Brand guidelines, or at least a sense of how you want buyers spoken to
  • One person who can approve an out-of-scope decision within a day

Pricing

What it costs.

A starting point, not a final invoice. We confirm the exact figure on WhatsApp once we know your scope.

Then monthly

PKR 40,000 / month

about $300 / month

Delivery: Ongoing

Minimum three months. The scope is agreed in writing before we start. Advertising spend is separate and paid by you.

Our FAQs

Store Managementcommon questions.

These are the questions people actually ask us, answered the way we would answer them on the phone. Where the honest answer is 'it depends' or 'no', that is what you will find here — we would rather lose an enquiry than set the wrong expectation. If yours is not on the list, message the team on WhatsApp and they will answer it straight.

  • We cannot promise that. Better listings, supervised advertising and faster buyer responses usually help, but sales also depend on your products, your pricing, your competition and the season. The monthly report tells you what we did and what actually happened, in both directions.
