This website is operated by Bwok Private Limited, trading as BWOK IT & Digital Skill Institute, with a campus at Muslim State Building, near Fresco Sweet, Service Road, Amazon Mall, Main GT Road, Islamabad, Pakistan. In this policy, “we” and “our” refer to the institute.

What we collect

We only collect the information you enter into our enrollment form. That includes:

• Your name, WhatsApp number and city — these are required
• Your email address, age range, learning goal, and how you heard about us — these are optional
• The course you applied for, whether you want online or onsite classes, your preferred timing, your current experience level, whether you have a computer and internet, and your payment status

We do not ask for your CNIC, bank login details, passwords, or any payment card information anywhere on this website. If someone claiming to be from BWOK asks you for these, it is not us.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the course you applied for — confirming your seat, sharing the class schedule and payment details, and answering your questions. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.

How we contact you

By WhatsApp or phone on the number you provide, and by email if you gave one. If you would rather not be contacted, tell us and we will stop.

Where your information is stored

Enrollment responses are submitted through the form on this website and stored securely in our own database on our web hosting. Only our team has access to the responses. We are notified by email when a new enrollment is received.

Advertising and cookies

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether those ads work, this site may load the Meta pixel, which places cookies in your browser and tells Meta that a visit or a form submission happened. It does not send Meta your name, WhatsApp number or the answers you typed. You can block or delete these cookies through your browser settings, or adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.

How long we keep it

We keep enrollment records for as long as we need them for our student records and accounts. If you were never enrolled and ask us to delete your details, we will remove them.
