Who it is for
Who this service is for
A trademark is worth filing when you intend to keep the name for years, not when you are still testing products. If you are testing, wait — and we will tell you to.
- Private label sellers building a name they intend to keep and grow
- Sellers whose listings keep getting hijacked and who cannot report the seller
- Brand owners who want A+ content, Amazon Stores and brand analytics
- Manufacturers whose product is being copied under a similar name
- Anyone whose supplier or distributor has asked to see a registered mark
What is included
What is included
From checking the name is usable at all, through to the Amazon tools that only brand owners can reach.
Trademark search
We search existing registered and pending marks for conflicts before a single fee is paid. This is the step most cheap filing services skip, and it is the reason their applications get refused six months later with the money already gone.
Class selection
Choosing the goods and services classes that genuinely cover what you sell. Each class carries its own USPTO fee, so filing in too many wastes money and filing in too few leaves the products you actually sell unprotected.
USPTO filing
The application prepared and submitted with the correct owner details, mark description and filing basis. For a foreign applicant the owner details are where errors creep in, and a wrong owner on the record is slow and expensive to correct afterwards.
Specimen preparation
Evidence that the mark is genuinely in use on the products — packaging, labels, or the live listing showing the mark on the goods rather than only in an advert. Rejected specimens are one of the most common reasons a filing stalls.
Office action response
If the examining attorney raises an objection, we prepare the response within the deadline. Missing that deadline abandons the application outright, so the date goes on a calendar the moment the office action arrives.
Brand Registry enrolment
Enrolment in Amazon Brand Registry as soon as your application reaches the stage Amazon accepts. We tell you at the start which route applies to you, because it changes how long you wait before the brand tools become available.
Listing protection setup
Once enrolled, we set up the brand tools so you can actually use them — reporting hijackers and infringing listings, and locking down your product detail pages so other sellers cannot rewrite them.
Renewal calendar
A written calendar of the maintenance filings that keep a registration alive. A registered mark that misses its renewal window is cancelled, and you would be starting the whole process again from nothing.
How it works
How trademark registration works
Four steps on our side. The waiting between them belongs to the USPTO and is measured in months.
Consultation
We discuss the name and what you sell, then run the conflict search before you commit to anything.
Documents
Owner details, product descriptions and specimens showing the mark in genuine use are collected.
Execution
The application is filed, then monitored, and any office action is answered inside its deadline.
Handover
Brand Registry enrolment completed and the renewal calendar handed over in writing.
Before we start
What we need from you
The mark itself, and proof that you are genuinely using it on real products.
- The exact brand name, spelled as you intend to register it
- The logo file, if you are registering a design mark rather than words
- A clear description of the products the mark will cover
- Owner details — an individual or a company, decided before filing
- Specimens showing the mark in use, such as packaging, labels or a live listing
- Your Amazon seller account details, for the Brand Registry step

Delivery: Filing in 2 weeks
Paid to someone else, not to us
The USPTO filing fee is separate and charged per class. That is the USPTO fee, not ours.
We file within two weeks. USPTO approval usually takes 8 to 12 months, and that decision rests with the USPTO.
Our FAQs
Trademark & Brand Registrycommon questions.
These are the questions people actually ask us, answered the way we would answer them on the phone. Where the honest answer is 'it depends' or 'no', that is what you will find here — we would rather lose an enquiry than set the wrong expectation. If yours is not on the list, message the team on WhatsApp and they will answer it straight.
We file within about two weeks of having your documents. After that it sits with the USPTO, and that part commonly runs eight to twelve months, longer if an examiner raises an objection. Nobody can shorten that queue, and any service telling you otherwise is selling you something it does not control.
