Suspended Seller Account Reinstatement & Appeal

A suspension is won or lost on the appeal, not on how loudly you complain. We read the actual notice, work out what really triggered it, and write a plan of action that answers that.

Who it is for

Who this service is for

Almost every case we take looks like one of these. Send the notice before you decide anything — reading it costs you nothing.

  • Sellers deactivated under a policy notice they do not fully understand
  • Sellers hit with an intellectual property or authenticity complaint
  • Sellers whose listings were pulled and whose disbursements are on hold
  • Anyone whose own first appeal has already been rejected once
  • Sellers told their account is linked to another account they say is not theirs

What is included

What is included

Every appeal is written for your specific notice. We do not keep a template, because the platforms recognise templates faster than you would think.

Case assessment

We read the notice, the account history and any appeal you have already sent, then tell you honestly what the chances look like. This part is free and it happens before you pay anything, because sometimes the answer is that the case is not winnable.

Root cause analysis

Working out what actually triggered the deactivation, which is frequently not what the notice appears to say. A Section 3 email that mentions nothing specific may be about invoices, or a linked account, or a complaint from months ago that was never resolved.

Plan of action

Written in the structure the platform expects: root cause, the immediate corrective steps you have already taken, and the preventive changes that stop it recurring. Concrete and dated. Investigators reject vague promises faster than they reject bad news.

Evidence pack

Invoices, supplier authorisation letters, purchase orders and shipping records assembled into the format the review team asks for. Weak evidence sinks more appeals than weak writing does, so we tell you early if a document will not stand up.

Appeal submission

Submitted through the correct channel for that specific notice. The wrong channel can cost days you may not have, and repeated submissions to the wrong queue read as spam to the team on the other side.

Follow-up appeals

If the first response is a rejection, we work out what the plan failed to address and revise it, rather than resending the same text with a stronger tone. Resubmitting an identical appeal is one of the fastest ways to lose a case permanently.

IP complaint retraction

Where a rights owner complaint is the underlying cause, we approach them for a retraction. A retraction from the complainant carries far more weight with the platform than anything we can write on your behalf.

Prevention review

Once the account is back, a written review of what to change so this does not repeat — the metric that drifted, the supplier who could not produce a compliant invoice, the listing that attracted the complaint.

Before the appeal

Why accounts actually get suspended.

The notice rarely names the real cause in plain words. These are the ones we see most, and the appeal has to answer the real one — not the one the email appears to describe.

Intellectual property complaints

A rights owner reports your listing for trademark, copyright or patent infringement. Often it is a private label seller protecting a listing rather than genuine counterfeiting, and a retraction from the complainant is worth more than any appeal text.

Authenticity and invoice problems

The platform asks for supply chain proof and the invoices do not satisfy it — wrong format, a supplier who is not an authorised distributor, or quantities that do not match what you sold.

Account performance metrics

Order defect rate, late dispatch or cancellation rate drifting over the threshold. This one usually arrives after weeks of warnings, and is the most preventable cause on this list.

Linked account deactivation

The platform believes your account is connected to another suspended one — shared device, address, bank detail or IP. Sometimes it is a family member. Proving separation is a different job from a normal appeal.

Section 3 and policy violations

A broad deactivation citing the business solutions agreement rather than a specific rule. These are the hardest because the notice tells you very little, and guessing wrong wastes an appeal.

Review and ranking manipulation

Incentivised reviews, review groups, or anything the platform reads as gaming the ranking. If this is the cause, the plan of action has to acknowledge it honestly — denial reliably fails here.

How it works

How the appeal works

Speed matters, but accuracy matters more. A rushed appeal can close the door.

  1. Consultation

You send the suspension notice and account details. We assess and give you an honest view.

  2. Documents

We collect invoices, supplier details and anything else the appeal needs as evidence.

  3. Execution

The plan of action is written and submitted, then we manage the follow-up.

  4. Handover

Whatever the outcome, you get the full case file and a written prevention review.

Before we start

What we need from you

An appeal is only ever as strong as the evidence sitting behind it. Send these and we can tell you where you stand.

  • The exact suspension or policy notice, forwarded in full — not summarised
  • Any appeals you have already sent, and every reply you received
  • Supplier invoices for the products involved, as originally issued
  • How long the account has been trading and its recent performance metrics
  • An honest account of what happened, including anything that genuinely went wrong
  • Whether anyone else has ever used your device, address or bank details to sell

Our FAQs

Account Reinstatementcommon questions.

These are the questions people actually ask us, answered the way we would answer them on the phone. Where the honest answer is 'it depends' or 'no', that is what you will find here — we would rather lose an enquiry than set the wrong expectation. If yours is not on the list, message the team on WhatsApp and they will answer it straight.

  • No. The final decision belongs entirely to the platform and nobody outside it can promise an outcome. Anyone guaranteeing reinstatement is either misleading you or preparing to blame you when it fails. What we can do is build the strongest honest case the evidence actually supports.
