Amazon FBA Store Management for Overseas Investors
Also known as Amazon automation. We run the daily work of an FBA store — sourcing, listings, inventory and account health — and send you a written report every month.

Who it is for
Who this service is for
This is an Amazon FBA agency service for people who have capital and intent but not the hours. If you want to learn to run the store yourself, this is the wrong service and we will say so.
- Overseas Pakistanis in the UK, US or Gulf who want the store run from Islamabad
- Investors who can fund inventory but cannot open Seller Central every day
- Sellers whose store stalled after the first few products and has not moved since
- Business owners with an existing offline product line they want listed properly
- People burned once by an agency that reported nothing and want plain monthly numbers
What is included
What the management covers
The scope is written down before we start, so both sides know what is in and what is not. Everything below is ongoing work, not a one-off setup.
Product & supplier research
We shortlist products that still have margin left after FBA fees, referral fees and an honest returns allowance — not just a healthy-looking sales figure. You see the same spreadsheet we used. Suppliers are checked on whether they can repeat the order at volume, because one good sample proves nothing.
Listing creation
Titles, bullets, A+ content and backend search terms written for what buyers actually type. We handle the flat files and category approvals where a listing needs them. You approve each listing before it goes live, and we keep the source copy so a suppressed listing can be rebuilt fast.
Inventory planning
We track sell-through against supplier lead times and set reorder points, so you neither run out in your best month nor tie up capital in stock that will not move. Long-term storage fees are watched too, since that is where quiet losses accumulate.
FBA shipment handling
Shipping plans, box content files, labelling and carton requirements prepared to Amazon specification. Getting this wrong means shipments are refused or charged an unplanned prep fee at the warehouse — we would rather spend an hour on the paperwork than pay that.
Pricing & competition
We watch competitor pricing and the Buy Box, and adjust only inside the floor and ceiling you set in writing. We do not chase the bottom of the market. If holding your price means losing the Buy Box for a while, we tell you and let you decide.
Account health
Order defect rate, late dispatch, policy notices and IP complaints checked on a schedule rather than when something breaks. Most deactivations arrive after weeks of warnings that nobody read. If a metric starts drifting, you hear about it that week.
Customer messages & returns
Buyer contact handled inside Amazon time limits so response metrics stay clean, and returns worked through rather than written off. Where a return was charged to you that should not have been, we open the reimbursement case. On an investor store this is pure margin recovery, and it is money most owners never chase.
Investor reporting
Written for somebody deciding whether to put more capital in, not for somebody running a store. Cash committed against cash returned, landed cost per unit, stock still sitting in the warehouse, and the honest position on each product line. If a line is losing money, that sentence appears near the top rather than buried on page two.
How it works
How we start managing your store
Four steps, and the scope is on paper before any of your money moves.
Consultation
We look at your capital, your risk appetite and whether wholesale or private label actually fits you. Sometimes the answer is neither, yet.
Documents
Account access at the right permission level, company documents, and supplier arrangements are put in place.
Execution
Sourcing, listings and the first shipment cycle begin. You get updates as it goes, not only at month end.
Handover
Ongoing management with a monthly report. End the engagement whenever the notice period allows and the store stays yours.
Before we start
What we need from you
This is not a service that can start on a handshake. These need to exist first.
- An Amazon seller account — or our seller account creation service first
- A company and business bank account Amazon will accept
- Working capital for inventory, held by you and spent only against limits you set
- A written scope and spending limit agreed before we touch anything
- One person on your side who can approve a purchase within a day
- A realistic view of the timeline — this is not a business that pays back in month one
Pricing
What it costs.
A starting point, not a final invoice. We confirm the exact figure on WhatsApp once we know your scope.
Starting from
PKR 150,000
about $600
Then monthly
PKR 60,000 / month
about $400 / month
Delivery: Ongoing
Inventory and advertising spend are separate and paid by you — the retainer covers management work only.
Straight talk
What we will not promise you.
This section exists because most of our competition will not write it down. Read it before you send an enquiry, not after.
- A monthly return. We do not know what your products will earn, and nor does anybody who tells you they do.
- That your capital is safe. Stock is bought with your money and can sit unsold until you write it off.
- That the account will never be deactivated. We watch the metrics; Amazon makes the decision.
- A date by which you break even. Some stores take a year to find a product that works. Some never find one.
If a quoted monthly return is what you are shopping for, another agency will happily give you one. We would rather lose the enquiry than invent a number your money is riding on.
Our FAQs
Amazon FBA Managementcommon questions.
These are the questions people actually ask us, answered the way we would answer them on the phone. Where the honest answer is 'it depends' or 'no', that is what you will find here — we would rather lose an enquiry than set the wrong expectation. If yours is not on the list, message the team on WhatsApp and they will answer it straight.
No. We manage the work; we do not control the market, Amazon policy, or whether a product sells. Anyone quoting a fixed monthly return on a store is making a promise they cannot keep, and regulators in the United States have taken action against companies that did exactly that.

BWOK provides management work only. We do not promise sales, profit or any particular return. Inventory is purchased with your funds and carries real risk, including the risk of loss. Amazon may change its policies or suspend accounts for reasons outside our control.
