Cancelling before your batch starts
You can cancel any time before your batch's first class and receive a full refund of the fee you paid.
After your batch has started
Once your batch has started, the fee is not refundable. A live class is a reserved seat, and we cannot offer it to anyone else once teaching has begun.
Moving to a later batch
If something comes up, you can move your seat to the next batch once, at no extra cost. Tell us before your current batch finishes and we will hold your place.
If we cancel a batch
If we cancel or postpone a batch and no alternative date suits you, you get a full refund whether or not the course had started.
How long a refund takes
Approved refunds are sent back to the same account or card you paid from, usually within 7 to 10 working days. How quickly it appears after that is up to your bank.
How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or write to info@bskills.bwok.world with the name you enrolled under and the course. Tell us before your batch begins if you want the fee back.
